THE CHALLENGE
A North American fly fishing brand was sourcing generic long-sleeve shirts from two vendors. Fit, sleeve length, and print placement changed between batches, making reorders difficult to control.
OUR SOLUTION
We rebuilt the shirt file from measurement spec to print layout: UPF50+ fabric, revised sleeve articulation, chest pocket position, hangtag, and carton marks. First approved sample was completed in 28 days.

THE CHALLENGE
A European distributor needed shirts for guide clients working hot saltwater flats. The problem was practical: odor, collar deformation, and buyer complaints after repeated saltwater washing.
OUR SOLUTION
We moved the buyer to a salt-resistant quick-dry fabric, added silver-ion anti-odor finishing, and supplied wash-test notes with OEKO-TEX documentation for their compliance file.
